Time for Kids is going to be offering its digital magazine service free for students throughout the rest of this school year. There are different issues for each grade level. Click on the edition number that corresponds to your grade level to access the digital edition that's right for you.

Unite for Literacy has completely free digital access to picture books for early elementary grades, printed in English with narration available in 47 different languages. This is a fantastic resource to TONS of titles and in multiple languages.

It's like Netflix for books! Bookflix will allow you to check out lots of different books and is being offered FREE through Scholastic during this time of distance learning. If it prompts you for a username and password use Learning20 (for the username - with a capital L) and Clifford (for the password - with a capital C) to access an amazing library of digital books.

Nick Jr. Beyond the Backpack provides parents and caregivers with tips, activities, and resources focusing on five major areas that have been recognized as critical to kindergarten readiness: Family EngagementHealth & WellnessLiteracy SkillsSocial & Emotional Skills, and STEM Skills (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math). There are lots of online activities, plus free printables. You can complete a 3-minute survey to design a customized learning plan just for your child.

Here's a whole new spin on Bingo for Books! If you return to school with a bingo (or two, or more) you will have earned yourself a book! If you don't have access to a printer feel free to just make a board on paper and cross off the ones you do, even if the squares on your paper are just blank we will know which one is which.
